The Early Host 100 programme
The first 100 hosts to join and list their space will enjoy a reduced commission rate of 7%, instead of the standard 10%. This 30% saving is our way of thanking you for being one of our very first partners, and it will continue for as long as there are no policy changes.
How to become an Early Host 100:
Getting started is simple. Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up for SpaceCloud and complete your host verification.
2. List your space with all the required details. Remember, this must be a space you actively operate.
3. Submit your listing for review. We’ll check it over to make sure it’s ready to go live.
Once your listing is approved and goes live, you’ll be on your way to becoming an Early Host 100. We’ll confirm your spot by email, and from then on you’ll receive a 30% commission discount — paying only 7% instead of the standard 10% — on all spaces you list through SpaceCloud UK.

- Does the discount apply to all my spaces?
Yes! The 7% commission applies to all spaces you list on SpaceCloud UK, including any add-ons. It's a benefit tied to your host account, not just one listing.
- What if I need to temporarily close a space?
Your Early Host 100 status will remain. If you need to hide a listing for a while and bring it back later, you won't lose your benefit. Just remember that deleting your account will end the benefit for good.
- Are there extra benefits with Early Host 100?
Yes! As SpaceCloud is in the early launch stage in the UK, we will provide dedicated digital marketing support exclusively for the first 100 hosts.
- How long does the Early Host benefit last?
The benefit is guaranteed for a minimum of three years and will remain in place for as long as the UK service continues, unless future policy changes are made.
