• Any student group of two or more people based in London (societies, study groups, crews, etc.)
• Only groups that receive a confirmation DM from SpaceCloud UK can participate.

🧭 How to Join (4 Steps)

Step 1. Choose a space and send us a DM

• Pick your favourite from the 14 event spaces
• Send a participation message to SpaceCloud UK’s Instagram.

Step 2. Receive confirmation and a quick guide

• We will reply with a confirmation and a simple guide on what to do next.
• (Bookings made before approval are not eligible for cashback.)

Step 3. Use your space and share your experience

• Book and use your chosen space through the SpaceCloud UK website.
• After your meet-up, leave a review on the space page, complete with a photo of your group using the space.

Step 4. Claim your cashback

• Send us a DM after posting your review.
• Once confirmed, we’ll transfer your cashback straight to you!

⚠️ Key Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is limited to the first 20 groups on a first-come, first served basis. Cashback is only available once you’ve received our official confirmation DM.
2. One entry per group — duplicate submissions won’t be accepted.
3. The review photo must show the space with at least two people. Full faces are not required.
4. Cashback applies only to the first booking among the 14 designated spaces.
5. Cashback is paid in cash only and can’t be exchanged for coupons or points.
6. Photos and reviews may be featured in SpaceCloud’s marketing materials.
7. All communication and enquiries should be made through SpaceCloud UK’s Instagram DM.
