What is SpaceCloud?

SpaceCloud is a platform for booking hourly spaces, from meeting rooms to dance studios, for your next project or event. Book a space in 30-minute blocks for the exact time you need, or save money with a multi-hour package.

 

How to Find Your Ideal Space

1. Search by Area
Use the map: Move the map to your preferred location to view all available spaces at a glance.
Search by name: Type the name of the area into the search bar. This will show you only the spaces available there.

2. Search by Space Type
We currently offer seven types of spaces: dance studios, hot desks, meeting rooms, multipurpose halls, party venues, photography studios, and sports facilities.
You can either select All Types to view every space, or click on a specific icon to see only spaces of that type.

3. Search by Keywords
You can use the keyword search bar to find spaces by place name.
Additionally, you can select a suggested event keyword from the autocomplete list, such as "workshop space." This will display spaces suitable for that event at the top of your search results.

4. Use search filters
To narrow down your search, use the filters for date/time, capacity, price, amenities, and space features.
For urgent or same-day bookings, use the Instant Booking filter. These spaces are confirmed immediately upon payment and don't require host approval, so they are ready for use in an hour after you book.
