How to Write a Review

Hello, this is the SpaceCloud Support Team.

Guests can leave a review after using a space on SpaceCloud. Reviews are always helpful when booking a space for the first time. Your review helps guests choose better and hosts prepare better.

1. Why Your Review Matters

1) Guests can make smarter, more confident choices
By sharing your experience, you provide future guests with valuable insights, helping them find the space that best suits their needs.

2) Hosts can better prepare their spaces
Were you satisfied, or is there anything that could be improved? Hosts are always keen to know how well their space worked for you. Your review can  help them enhance the space for future guests.

💡 You can write or edit your review within 30 days of using the space.

2. How to Write a Review

1) Go to the My Bookings page from the menu on the right and click the [Completed] tab.

2) Select the booking you’d like to review, then click the [Leave a Review] button under Booking Reference on the booking details page.

3) Rating

Please rate your overall satisfaction with the space using stars.

You can choose between 1 and 5 stars ⭐

• 1 star: Not quite what I expected
• 2 stars: It was okay, but could be better
• 3 stars: Pretty good
• 4 stars: Really enjoyed it
• 5 stars: Absolutely loved it!

4) Review

We’d love to hear about your experience! Feel free to share what you liked, what could have been improved, or any helpful tips for future guests.

3. Tips for Writing a Review

Dance Studio (Jump Dance Studio £20/h)
Booked this studio for a dance practice with my uni squad! 💃 The space was really roomy with a great floor for moves, and the vibe from the lighting was spot on. Definitely coming back! 💛

Meeting Room (Yards’ Meeting Room £50/h)
Used this meeting room for a business meeting. The soundproofing was excellent, and the whiteboard and projector made everything run smoothly. 😊
