When booking a space, there may be times you need to contact the host with questions. To protect personal information, direct contact details are not shared. Instead, SpaceCloud offers a secure messaging feature for all communication.
1. Message to a Host
When you need to reach out to a host, please use our messaging feature. This allows you to communicate directly with them while keeping your personal information private.
1) Open the My Bookings menu.
2) Select the booking that you’d like to enquire about.
3) Click the Message Host button to start your conversation.
2. What if you can’t reach the host on the day of your booking?
If you are unable to reach your host or access your reserved space on the day of your booking, please contact the SpaceCloud Support Team immediately. Our team will promptly contact the host, identify the issue, and work to resolve the situation so you can use the space as planned.

3. If You Were Unable to Access the Space Due to Host Unavailability
In the rare event that you are unable to use a space due to the host's unavailability or a related issue, please contact the SpaceCloud Support Team. Once we've verified the situation, we will issue a full refund for your booking.
