Host Payout Guide

This guide will walk you through the process of receiving payouts for your bookings.

1. What Is a Payout

A payout is the process of a host receiving the earnings from their bookings in their bank account.

 

2. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed every Friday. After a guest's booking is completed, we begin a 7-day review period to check for any issues. If no issues are reported, the payout process will begin.

It typically takes 7-15 days for the payout to be deposited into your bank account after the process begins.

Note: 
• The scheduled payout amount and date are subject to change due to payment processing. 
• If there is a delay, please contact our Customer Service team.

3. Checking Your Payouts

You can view your scheduled and completed payouts in the [Payout] menu of your Host Centre.

• Upcoming Payouts: This shows money that has not yet been deposited. If the payout date is not yet confirmed, the status will be displayed as Pending.
• Completed Payouts: This shows money that has already been deposited into your account.

4. How Payouts Are Calculated

Your payout is based on the following items:

A. Net Hire Fee

This is the final hire fee after all cancellations and other changes have been applied.

B. SpaceCloud Service Fee

This fee is charged for using the platform. It is not applied to bookings that were partially refunded due to a cancellation.

C. Payment Gateway (PG) Fee
This is a fee charged by our payment processor, Stripe Connect, for all transactions, including canceled bookings.

E. Payout Amount
This is the final amount after both the SpaceCloud Service Fee and the Payment Gateway Fee have been deducted from the Confirmed Booking Amount.
