How to Set Special Dates and Prices

On SpaceCloud, you can set special prices for specific dates, different from your regular hourly or package rates. This lets you flexibly adjust pricing for high-demand times like holidays, special events, or peak seasons.

1. Setting Special Prices

You can select a specific date on your calendar to set different operating hours and a special price.

 

Example:
Regular Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 - 18:00
Regular Price: £30

If you set special hours and pricing for December 25th:
Special Hours: 9:00 - 24:00
Special Price: £50

When a guest books for December 25th, the special hours and price will be displayed instead of your regular rates.

 

How to Set It Up

1) In the [Hourly] calendar, select a date.
2) On the right, click [Set special hours & price].
3) Check the box and enter your new price.
4) Dates with special pricing will appear with a purple band on your calendar.

 

2. Setting Special Package Prices

For packages, you can only set a special price on the calendar. To change a package's hours, you must use the [Package Settings] menu.

Example:
Weekday Package: 9:00 - 18:00 / £30
Weekend Package: 9:00 - 22:00 / £50

If December 25th is a Thursday, the [Weekday Package] will be displayed, and you can set a special price for it, such as £100.

How to Set It Up
1) In the [Package] calendar, select a date.
2) On the right, click [Set special price].
3) Choose the package and enter the new price.
4) Packages with special pricing will appear with a purple band on your calendar.

 

3. Important Notes

To avoid confusing guests, it's best not to change or delete special prices for dates that have already been booked.

For Special Package Pricing:
If you hide or delete a package in your [Package Settings], any special prices linked to it will also be hidden or deleted.

You cannot remove a day of the week from a package if a special price has been applied to that day.
