1. Host Service Fee Invoice
- SpaceCloud issues invoices for host service fees on a weekly basis.
- Every Friday, invoices for bookings with payout completed will be sent to hosts via email.
2. Guest Service Fee Invoice
- Guests who require an invoice for service fees may request one by contacting us at office@spacecloud.city.
- Guests can view a receipt for their payment directly on the platform by selecting the relevant booking under My Booking and clicking the Receipt button.
3. Full Transaction Invoices
- Invoices covering the Net Hire Fee (beyond service fees) must be requested directly from the host.
- Host invoices must reflect the Net Hire Fee, regardless of whether the SpaceCloud service fee has been deducted.
- Hosts are also required to issue a VAT invoice upon request, depending on their VAT registration status.
